Soundsofthe70s presents
Solid State - amplified sound waves from the 70s
This compilation is a sweet mix of rare grooves from various continents. Some tracks will make you feel in spanish harlem NY, others in Lagos, Rio or London. In any case you will sense the power of inspiration that prevailed at the time they were recorded, the 70s. Some tracks have been freshly ripped from my vinyl collection, most tracks never appeared in the blogsphere before.

That's a real perfect blend!
It's the whole that gives the real nice afternoon leisure groove flavour, but I would say Africa is a stand-out in that selection - Ray Barretto, Blue mitchell, hell Yeah! - .
Wonderful cover, love to have those as hiq desktop-images
Congrats, again.
Very nice Comp Bro!
thanks,
Seeya
Cheers,
wow thank you sooo much, this is just gorgeous !!!!!!
THANKS !
that was one of your best compilations to date. Ray Baretto's track was really 'power', then this Africa tune -unknown to me- stood out, until this last tune blew my head off. Quite an amazing -and unexpected- conclusion to an excellent selection. Hats off!
This looks dope. Thanks.
Wow, this is marvelous. Thanks, much. I dig all the tunes and never heard any of them before.

Nice comp but track 2 is 'Barbara Anne" by Webster Lewis and not the Janet Lawson track stated.
